CIRED 2019 will be the 25th edition of our conference. To continue its constant evolution and to celebrate this birthday, several innovations will be introduced, one of them is a Best Young Academic Award contest.
CIRED will give awards to the best papers written by young academics.
To be eligible, author 1 (question 2 "authors and affiliations" in the submission form) must be a student (master or PhD student) having spent less than 8 years at university.
CIRED will select up to six papers (no more than one for each session).
The awards will be handed by the President of CIRED to recipients during the gala dinner (5 June evening), where the students will be invited by CIRED.
The award is a commendation plaque stating that the recipient has won the “Best Young Academic Paper Award”. In each session, the winner (student) will have five minutes to present the paper as oral contribution.
The participation and registration of the author in the conference is mandatory to present the paper.
