Acceptance

The Technical Committee reserve the right to finally reject full papers of poor language or poor technical content.

After submission, the Technical Committee could contact authors for requesting possible modifications or improvements. Due to agenda issues, authors are asked to react promptly to these requests.

Some papers will be selected for presentation in a main session, round table or RIF session. Other authors of an accepted paper will be given the opportunity to display his/her work in the successful CIRED poster session. This will take the form of Guided Poster Tours. Displaying an overview of your paper on the poster tours gives you an opportunity to talk directly with individuals and go into much deeper discussion than is possible in a large auditorium.

All authors will be notified by 5 April 2019.

Important remark

The participation and registration of the main author or one of the co-authors in the conference is mandatory to present and publish the paper.

Online registration will be available beginning 2019.
